Ayaka Wilson

Ayaka Wilson is an actor born in Canada who grew up in Japan. Having a bicultural environment at home growing up. Debuting as the lead actor in "PACO and The Magical Book" from director Nakashima, who is one of the most famous directors in Japan, she won the newcomer award in the 32nd Japan Academy Awards. She was the youngest to win this award in Japanese history.
Since then she has starred in the movie “Hibiki” where she played a character with a complex mind.

She loves acting more than anything because she loves the feeling of being alive and free on sets, and appreciates the opportunity of an experience that she can never get from any other jobs. Watching movies and dramas are something she has always obsessed about, which brings her to love people-watching as well as interacting with strangers.

In her spare time she likes to take the initiative to participate in charities and volunteer activities or create a project on her own as well.

Her next step is to make the whole world her stage, starting with Japan and the Hollywood productions with an even bigger picture in her head.
